What do you use to repair a canoe?
Re-shape your canoe into its original form if need be, using your hand or a rubber mallet. Wipe the area to be repaired with acetone to remove any wax or UV protectant. Clean and sand the area to be repaired. On the outside of the canoe there is a layer of fibreglass, which will behave nicely when you sand it.
