How to Tie a Canoe to an SUV
- Make sure the car is prepared for/can handle a canoe.
- Make sure the canoe is centered between the front and rear rack with the yolk in the middle.
- Strap the canoe down with buckles, ropes, or straps.

- Give it a big shove to check stability.
