Kickapoo River Rates
We currently have 2 shuttle vans, 31 two seat aluminum canoes, 14 solo kayaks and 5 tandem kayak for rent. We can transport a maximum of 10 canoes and 14 passengers per van at a time but can accommodate groups of over 60 paddlers.
Rentals include, watercraft, paddles, lifejackets, cell phone dry box, bottled of water and shuttle drop off or pick up. Floating kayak shaped coolers/dry storage are available for rent as well.
Last pick up is at 8:00 pm so if you are not camping on the river you must depart by 4:00 pm.

Canoe Rental is OPEN Saturdays ONLY in 2018 - 8am to 8pm - Last Pick Up: 8pm
Soldiers Grove- Bridge 4 : 8am - 4pm - 6 miles - 3 hours of paddling (OPEN-FREE OF PORTAGES)
Cty B-Bridge 5 : 8am - 1pm, - 15 miles - 6 hours of paddling (UNKNOWN RIVER CONDITION)
Gays Mills Dam : 8am - 11am - 19 miles - 8 hours of paddling (UNKNOWN RIVER CONDITION
Reservations: We encourage all floaters to make reservations to ensure availability. We require a $15 deposit per Canoe or Kayak. You must cancel your reservations 4 days prior to your floating date for a full refund. If notified after this time, we cannot refund deposit. You must call us with credit card information to reserve your canoes, or send a deposit. Deposits must be received 5 days before float to guarantee canoes and kayaks. You must call (608) 606-9090for reservations. Reservations may be made via email If paying by check, prepayment in full is required. By making reservations you are agreeing to our policies.
Cancellations: Rainy Day Policy-In the event that it is raining the day of your float by noon or the river is determined too hazardous for canoe, kayak or tube floating by the Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources, deposits may be refunded upon request. If rain stops or the river is floatable at noon, we cannot refund deposit
Agreement: Canoe, Kayak and Gear Damage - In the event a canoe or kayak is lost or damaged beyond normal usage, repair expenses from $25.00 to replacement costs of the vessel will be charged. Lost or damaged gear replacement costs are $15.00 per paddle or lifejacket. A $50.00 recovery fee will be charged for lost, sunken or damaged vessels.
